When to wear it and who it suits
This style is for those looking for an alpaca beanie for everyday wear in the colder season, but without a very heavy, thick knit. It works well in autumn, winter and in-between weather, when you need warmth suited to the conditions. The Lavender Frost colour is muted, so it pairs easily with light, grey and cool-toned outerwear. If you are looking for a completely smooth feel against very reactive skin, this model may not be the best choice.
Yarn and feel against the skin
This beanie is made from yarn certified to Oeko-Tex® Standard 100, which in practice means the finished yarn has been checked for unwanted substances. Alpaca gives a soft, enveloping feel, but it is not completely sleek and smooth like some finer yarns.
On very sensitive skin, the beanie may feel slightly itchy, so it is worth considering your own tolerance for natural fibres.
