For colder days, if you want a simple beanie without a turn-up
This style works well when you need a merino wool beanie for everyday wear: simple, smooth, and easy to pair with different coats and jackets. The black colour gives a neutral look, and the beanie shape with a longer back does not create a stiff, sporty line. It is a good option for autumn and winter if you want warmth suited to the season without a very heavy knit. If you are looking for a beanie with a folded brim or a very close, short fit around the head, this style may not be the best match.
Yarn and feel against the skin
I chose 100% Baby Merino because with beanies worn directly on the forehead and ears, not only the fibre content matters, but also how the knit feels against the skin. This merino wool beanie has a smooth, non-fluffy surface and, according to its parameters, is suitable for sensitive skin; the yarn also holds the Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 certificate.
Like any wool, it needs gentle handling and proper wool care, including hand washing.
